Our apartments at Jomtien Beach can be rented for short or long term.  The building has ten floors. The condos are located on the ninth floor with a beautiful view.

There is a pool, a reception desk, and two elevators for you to use. The building has a 24 hour security for your safety.

The building is only a few meters away from the beautiful palm beaches. The numerous restaurants, which serve Thai as well as European dishes, are also in close proximity. There is also a market, various stores, and internetshops within walking distance.

Our apartments have about 30 square meters. They include a kitchenette and a bathroom with a shower and a toilet.

All rooms include King-size beds, a dining table with four chairs, and a spacious closet.

The kitchenette includes a refrigerator, a microwave, toaster, dishes, glasses, and a coffee maker. Bedlinen and towels are present.

All of our apartments are air conditioned. They also contain one fan, DVD Player, a cable TV (60 channels) which includes Deutsche Welle, and numerous English speaking channels.

Wireless Highspeed Internet connection with flatrate is possible for 599 Baht/month. Emergency power lighting.

Each apartment can accommodate two people. A deposit is required for all apartment rentals.

Our apartment in Bangkok can be rented for short or long term. It is in the district Phaya Thai, Phradiphat Road  in the proximity of the Victory Monument. The building has eight floors. The condo are located on the 5th floor.

There is a restaurant, internetshop (free of charge), a reception desk, and two elevators for you to use.  The beautiful property have a palm garden and fish pond. The building have a 24 hour security for your safety. Own parking lots for cars and motorcycles are present.

The building is only a few meters away from BTS Sky Train station Saphan Khwai.  Downtown Bangkok can be attained in few minutes. The numerous restaurants, which serve Thai as well as European dishes, are also in close proximity.
